*Job Description:
- Implement approved project control procedures, guidelines, and templates across various projects such as refinery and industrial (EPC/EPCM) projects.
- Ensure coordination among multiple projects through performance comparison, data analysis, and transfer of successful experiences (Best Practices).
- Continuously monitor project schedules, budgets, and physical and financial progress, preparing variance reports against the baseline.
- Execute Change Management processes and assess the time and cost impacts of proposed changes.
- Prepare and present project performance reports based on Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
- Ensure that all activities and reports comply with organizational policies, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning processes by updating schedules and monitoring critical paths.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, control versioning, and prepare materials for internal and external audits.

*Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant practical experience as a Supervisor in project control or a related area.
- Experience in large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects such as EPC is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, accountability, and effective decision-making under pressure.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
