Job Description

● Analyze and draw the needs and wishes of the client or employer in order to create a common language between all project stakeholders and the possibility of agreeing on the results and achievements of the project. ● Agree on schedules, costs, and required resources based on the initial plan. ● Break the project into different stages and prepare a detailed plan and schedule to achieve the goals of each stage. ● Select and guide the project team. ● Negotiate with contractors and suppliers of materials and services. ● Ensure that each phase of the project is completed on time and in accordance with the budget and quality standards. ● Regular reporting of project progress to senior managers or clients. ● Risk management to avoid project delays.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management. ● Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK and project control software such as MSP.
