Job description and duties:
- Planning and scheduling projects
- Prepare management and progress reports
- Determining and preparing systemic and managerial documents required in project management
- Control and monitor the performance and progress of contractors and project consultants
- Prepare and adjust the cash flow of projects (Cash Flow) and analyze it for financial planning
- Performing financial and economic calculations of the project and extracting financial indicators in the relevant software
- Prepare project status statements and calculate contract-related adjustments
- Calculate the allowed delays of contracts and prepare a bill of delays
- Communication and interaction with specialized experts in other fields
- Participate in external meetings and provide the required reports
Requirements
Requirements
- bachelor's / master's degree in industrial engineering/ civil engineering or chemical engineering
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals
- Fluent in planning, project control and management
- Fluent in financial evaluation of investment projects familiar with the preparation of economic justification plans for projects
- Fluent in price indexes, status statement and calculation of contractual adjustments
- Familiar with contract matters and drafting delays
- Fluent in using MSP and PRIMAVERA
