Job Description

● Record produced products and encountered problems. ● Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures. ● Ensure all employees work safely according to company regulations. ● Lead and guide the production team to fulfill teamwork. ● Assess the training needs of employees and ensure the training programs are done appropriately ● Evaluate team members' performance regularly. ● Report Regularly to senior CEOs. ● Make reports on the technical and engineering status of products and services. ● Identify equipment and machinery needed to improve or develop the products. ● Evaluate the location of machinery and equipment in production halls and reassess it to increase production capacity.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. ● At least 5 years of experience as a production supervisor. ● A good record in engineering. ● Open-mindedness and flexibility to new ideas, enthusiasm toward staff relationships and work-related issues. ● Good procedural knowledge. ● Ability to train personnel. ● Full understanding of health and safety protocols. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ● Familiarity with production plans. ● Problem-solving approach.
