Job Description
Job Target:
Planning, organizing and monitoring all the production processes in the salon, in order to ensure the production of quality products in accordance with the schedule, with the principles of safety and health, and with maximum productivity, resource optimization and waste reduction
Basic responsibilities and duties:
1. Planning and coordination:
o Monitor the proper implementation of production programs and ensure timing.
o Coordinate with warehouse units to provide timely supply of raw materials and transfer of final products.
o Coordination with the repair and maintenance unit to quickly fix the technical problems of the devices.
2. Human Resources Management:
o Leading and leading the team
o Planning work shifts and allocating human resources to different posts.
o Evaluation of staff performance and provision of constructive feedback.
o Manage and resolve issues and disputes between employees in the production hall.
3. Process and quality control:
o Continuous monitoring of the performance of devices and production processes (extruder, thermoforming, etc.).
o Ensure Production Standards and Instructions (SOPS).
o Monitor the quality of the products produced during the process and at the end of each shift.
o Investigating and analyzing the causes of lesions and providing preventive solutions.
4. Safety, Health and Order in Production Hall:
o Supervise the careful compliance of all industrial safety and health regulations by all personnel.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports of production performance (number, quality, waste, etc.).
o Provide analytical reports to improve production processes.
6. Continuous improvement and productivity:
o Identifying improvement opportunities in the production process to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Job Conditions:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering
• Working experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of production, preferably in the plastics industry
