Production Manager

Job Description

The objective of the role: ● Directing and directing all product production activities. List of responsibilities: ● Direct all product production activities. ● Supervision and coordination of production units to achieve the production plan. ● Monitor and follow daily production reports. ● Guidance and supervision of all production line personnel in order to comply with all necessary safety principles and standards based on the opinion of the quality control officer. ● Monitor the production process based on manufacturing formulas and provide plans to reduce losses. ● Receive product needs from the business unit and prepare a weekly or monthly production plan. ● Estimation of resources (financial, human, equipment) required for the development of the company, including new products. ● Provide weekly and monthly production reports to the CEO. ● Length of probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm. ● Travel requirements: No. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Insurance, supplementary insurance, and bonuses.
