Job Description

• Responsible for meeting production requirements, delivering quality products to customers in a timely fashion and cost-efficient manner • Plans, examine, analyze, and evaluate production operations. • Emphasize training and implement control systems on the shift or multiple shifts to eliminate product discrepancies • Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues up to and including suspensions and terminations. • Help prepare budgets and forecasts for areas of responsibility. • Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements • Ensure a safe working environment. • Perform analytical review, recommend, and implement corrective action for any exception condition.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy • At least 5 years of job-related experience • Knowledge of cGMP's, regulatory agency guidelines, validation practices, and other relevant regulatory requirements. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Good knowledge of English Language • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time
