Job Description

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm; Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm. Roles: ● Monitoring the weighing of raw materials for formulating materials and controlling scales and practical tools. ● Supervising all operations of production personnel and checklist of daily machinery inspection and implementation of GMP and safety at work (HSE). ● Monitoring the process of the production hall and ensuring the production of quality products. ● Controlling the production of products, in accordance with the schedule and allocated budget, and expected implementation methods. ● Examining the condition and capacity of production devices and matching personnel reports to ensure their performance. ● Receiving the product delivery receipt to the warehouse and complete the file for each batch of manufactured products. ● Cooperating with the quality control unit and continuous communication with the quality assurance unit (in order to carry out periodical audits in production, in order to maintain the obtained certificates). ● Ensuring that corrective and preventive measures are taken in cases of non-compliance, follow-up until the discrepancies are resolved, and necessary measures are taken to prevent possible similar discrepancies from occurring in the future. ● Making decisions in critical situations and managing time and solving production problems if they occur. ● Training and evaluation of workers according to the instructions and regulations of the company in order to maintain skilled manpower (issuance of 2nd and 1st-degree specialized certificates). ● Deciding how to properly use labor and equipment to achieve production goals. ● Monitoring and confirming the performance of executive personnel and technical experts (absence of work, overtime and leave) and submitting the required report on the performance of personnel attendance and their activities to the management at the end of each month.

Requirements

● Knowledge of plastic production consumables, production processes, and other techniques to maximize production. ● Knowledge of management principles related to strategic planning. ● Familiarity with polymer industry standards and ISO concepts. ● Familiarity with plastic injection machines and air/TPM (maintenance and repair management). ● Knowledge of identifying the capabilities of the executive force and enhancing capabilities. ● Knowledge of MS Office, and the internet. ● Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and productivity index determination. ● Knowledge of idea generation (creative process) and checking the feasibility of ideas. ● Knowledge of safety issues and legal guidelines.
