Job Description
Responsible for the continuous development, improvement and overall management of the production shift
Communicates and promotes Health and Safety issues within the team
Overviews and ensures compliance to product specification
Provides overall management and co-ordination of the daily production plan and be responsible for its achievement
Develops and ensure the production team is provided with the relevant training to enable them to perform competently, safely and with maximum efficiency within their roles
Communicates effectively and coordinates appropriately with service departments, e.g., planning, maintenance, QA, HR, H&S and Hygiene
