Job Description

● Conduct and design models for field and well production processes. ● Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. ● Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to the manager immediately. ● Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. ● Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. ● Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. ● Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions. ● Monitor, review, and report obtained lessons learned from various studies, activities, and operations. ● Do other duties as assigned by the head of production engineering and operation. ● Perform all of the engineering and supervision tasks related to petroleum production engineering.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering. ● More than 4 years of experience in Petroleum, and Production Engineering. ● Familiar with downhole tools and equipment and petroleum operation. ● Expertise in standard software IPM Suite, KAPPA workstation, OFM, Petrel, and Microsoft Office. ● Ability to anticipate potential problems, check for the ordinary conditions, and have mitigation plans as well as remedial plans for the well-completion design. ● Familiar with other department duties such as geology, drilling, and reservoir engineering and operation. ● Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
