Production Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure that all personnel and workers are following the safety, health, and environmental instructions and rules, as well as safe usage of the equipment and machines, and taking into consideration all necessary precautions in case of health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Participate and perform the required tasks and actions related to “Risk management procedures” and emergencies.
• Analyze customer complaints. Specify the production instructions and stabilize production quality.
• Manage tasks in alignment with Lean manufacturing practices, in accordance with Hayat’s Operational Excellence System (HMS).
• Follow the machine's performance indicators, such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, for improvement and to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement projects to increase production, decrease consumption, and reduce wastage.
• Analyze chronic issues and utilize problem-solving tools to identify and eliminate root causes.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Full familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis and continuous improvement processes.
• Skill in managing and assessing production risks.
• High ability in planning and organizing tasks.
• Full proficiency in English.
