Job Description

An Active Restaurant & Cafe seeks a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations in Tehran. The ideal candidate will ensure the consistent provision of high-quality products, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the Food, Drink and Tobacco industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process of food and beverage items, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality products are sourced.
- Forecast demand and assess inventory levels to maintain optimal stock for operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as the kitchen and service teams, to support their operational needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor market trends and apply relevant insights to improve procurement strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on the Food industry.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the food and beverage sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
