Job Description

Description of duties:
Determining short-term and long-term goals of the brand in accordance with the company's strategy
Providing forecast, market analysis and documentation of new product pricing proposals
Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen brand position, ensure product competitiveness and increase market share
Analyzing the market, competitors and consumer behavior for brand improvement and innovation
Managing advertising campaigns in different channels
Supervising content production and maintaining the integrity of the visual identity
Compilation and management of brand budget and cost optimization
Planning, ordering and supervising the design and production of all promotional materials
Coordination with the development, design, supply, sales, etc. teams to ensure the correct implementation of programs
Qualifying conditions:
The ability to think strategically, analytically and have a comprehensive view of the drug industry market
Full familiarity with branding and marketing processes
Time management skills and organizing and managing projects
Skills in follow-up, negotiation, and effective interdepartmental communication
Having creative thinking and familiar with Agile Marketing
Commitment, responsibility, result orientation, teamwork spirit and leadership ability
* Familiarity with the principles of graphic design and printing, an MBA Marketing degree is considered an advantage*
