We are now recruiting for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies for specialty products, driving market development, strengthening company brands, and ultimately contributing to SanaPharmed’s mission of improving health outcomes and quality of life.
This position provides the opportunity to operate in a professional and innovative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Medical, and Business Development—to apply expertise in market analysis, campaign design, and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate product benefits to all relevant customers with the aim to achieve predetermined sales and profit margins.
• Prepare and present a marketing business plan (strategy) per product on an annual basis.
• Create and execute product tactical plans within specified time frames via the sales force and measure quantitatively and qualitatively thereafter.
• Liaise with relevant staff in medical, regulatory affairs, sales, and other functions to ensure high-quality cross-functional communication and alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and field managers; continuously update knowledge of the product, competitors, and therapeutic area.
• Measure and monitor campaign effectiveness per customer segment through the integrated market information system.
• Allocate optimal resources to the assigned brand in line with key success factors.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty to the brand and product portfolio.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related sciences — business education with a specialization in marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in product management or other pharmaceutical marketing roles; prior experience as a sales representative is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to articulate the commercial value of pharmaceutical products to a professional audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
