Job Description
DigiExpress Product consists of 4 main Squads including Drop Shipping, Provider-OnDemand, Provider-Schedule, and Finance. As a product manager, you own the roadmap of products defined in related areas and hold the responsibilities stated below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Influence leaders across the organization and gain buy-in for complex specifications.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies, in this regard, the Product Manager should define customer needs and the associated features and solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
- Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
- Having end-to-end ownership and sign-off on behalf of the business, as needed.
- Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints.
- Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems
- Develop internal and external facing go-to-market content.
- Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
- Drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
- Spearheaded change management activities to drive the successful adoption of capabilities.
- Define and analyze metrics that mature the Product Management functions.
