Job Description

  • Plan and direct NPD (New Product Development) projects.
  • Perform active interaction with graphic designers to create artwork related to the product's packaging and design.
  • Check the feasibility of the NPD projects, through market demand analysis, competition analysis, and SWOT.
  • Make an optimum interaction with other sections of the marketing department.
  • Coordinate and make effective relationships with other departments such as R&D, supply chain, production, and the sales department.
  • Product launch planning and directing.
  • Train product knowledge to the sales team.
  • Note: this position is in the marketing department and reports to the marketing manager.

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Male/Female.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least +3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good influencing power and the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix.
  • Understanding of consumer insights.
  • Dynamic and proactive person, and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
