● Own the product lifecycle from research to implementation.
● Work cross-functionally to standardize existing products and develop new product features.
● Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
● Create and maintain product documentation.
● Support product marketing in developing product’s value proposition.
● Identify new opportunities to increase business value.
● Develop and create material for internal onboarding and training.
Requirements
● Tertiary education in Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
● At least 5 years of experience within a similar role.
● Experience in telecommunications, mobile, and network services.
● Strong industry understanding and knowledge.
● Ability to see opportunities and take the lead.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
● Sense of accountability and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
● Creativity and passion for technology and innovation.
