Main job purpose:
● To implement Procurement strategies for the assigned portfolio.
● To deliver cost savings and cash objectives for the assigned Portfolio.
● To make contracts and track the payments.
The main responsibilities are:
● Handle professionally diverse customer-supplier or operational issues when they arise.
● Communicate effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders involved: SUs, Suppliers, Portfolio buyers, Planner.
● Identify and build partnerships with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms, and conditions).
● Support innovation projects through providing market intelligence, supplier capabilities, and capacity.
● Deliver bottom-line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D, and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost-saving programs.
● Assess, identify the appropriate supplier base that would meet the needs of the business.
● Do any other tasks that might be assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or SC functions.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Good presentation skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Strong MS Office knowledge.
