- Objective: Purchasing all the needed equipment and required office supplies for the organization.
- Main responsibilities: Receiving and classifying all the purchase orders and prioritizing them according to the budget;
- Identifying the best price and supplier;
- Controlling the purchased materials based on the quality, number and other specifications mentioned in the purchase order;
- Coordinating with the logistic department to deliver the materials on time;
- Preparing the required reports on the purchasing activities;
- Developing an up-to-date database of the suppliers
Requirements
-University Qualifications: BSc in Mechanical engineering/ Electronics / Business Management.
-Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a procurement specialist.
-Specialist knowledge: Familiar with the relevant market and suppliers and expert in Procurement practices.
-Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork; Adaptability; Resilience and stress -management; Result orientation; Good communication and negotiation skills.
