Job Description

  • Conduct Procurement Activities: assist in managing supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and contribute to cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support and prepare sourcing lists and the purchase of goods/services.
  • Create vendor databases.
  • Documentation and Reporting: manage purchase orders, ensure required approvals, and assist in preparing purchasing reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement or equivalent roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
