Job Description

● Evaluate suppliers. ● Provide purchase reports and track problems until they are solved. ● Inquire about items and promotional matters and register payment after management approval. ● Prepare documents related to invoices, agreements, guarantees, etc. ● Communicate with suppliers and resolve possible delays in assigned matters. ● Evaluate the market and available opportunities for purchase and preparation of relevant reports.

Requirements

● Familiarity with business and commercial laws. ● Mastering the process of buying goods from the time of purchase inquiry to the time of goods entering the warehouse. ● Proficient in the process of research and identification of goods and suppliers. ● Proficient in analyzing, and checking market conditions and trends, and prices. ● Ability to plan assigned tasks. ● Responsible, committed, precise, orderly, and dynamic. ● Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
