Job Description

  • Source and find the best local suppliers including traders or manufacturers.
  • Prepare periodic supplier evaluations.
  • Plan, execute and coordinate commercial tasks such as related and monitored orders' process with suppliers, and prepare related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, customs affairs, transportation and transit of the cargo and the related arrangements.
  • Responsible for setting up and monitoring commercial activities.
  • Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoices for ship documents, customs cases, and commercial registration procedures.
  • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents.
  • Supervise and control all shipping documents in all steps and keep all archives updated according to department instructions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in foreign ordering affairs.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of exporting processes.
  • Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
  • Familiar with UCP.
  • Knowledge of export rules and regulations, good communication skills, hard worker, and team player.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or Management.
