- Proficient in Visual Paradigm.
- Proficient in compiling and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Familiarity with strategic management (BSC, OKR).
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
