Process Engineer

Job Description

Description of duties:
- Analysis, design and documentation of production, assembly, testing and factory support processes
- Compilation of work instructions for operators (Work Instruction / JES) for line stations
- Preparation and maintenance of Control Plan, SOP, Process Flow and quality documentation
- Timing, line balancing, optimizing the operation sequence and reducing waste (Lean / Line Balancing)
- Design and implementation of production, repair, test and engineering support workflows
- Monitoring the correct implementation of processes in the production line and updating documentation
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, quality, logistics and repair units
- Analyzing production problems and defining process corrective measures (Root Cause / CAPA)
- Periodic presence in Bam factory to observe the line, analyze and improve the processes
- Facilitating scrum meetings, tracking tasks and helping to order the implementation of projects (if there is a project)
Qualifying conditions:
- Hands-on experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing improvement
- Ability to formulate Work Instruction, Control Plan and process documentation
- Mastery of time measurement, line balance and production efficiency analysis
- Work experience in industrial production or assembly lines
- Ability to analyze the process and solve problems in the real production environment
- Detailed and structured documentation skills
- Ability to work in the field in the factory and interact with operators
- Familiarity with Jira or work tracking tools (at the user limit)
- Team spirit and the ability to coordinate between different units
- Preparation of regular trips to the factory (Bam)
Points are considered:
- Experience in developing JES, SOP, PFMEA or Control Plan
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
- Experience in electronics, telecommunications or mass production industries
- Familiarity with ISO / IPC standards
- Scrum facilitation or project management experience (advantage, not required)
- Basic familiarity with programming or automation tools
