*The purpose of the job
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity and readiness of all terminal equipment, infrastructure and support services.
Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, spare parts inventory and technical documentation in line with the company's safety, quality and cost efficiency goals are other key duties of this role.
*Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities of the terminal equipment
- Design and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance program for critical equipment
- Planning and implementation of annual shutdowns and major repairs with minimum downtime
- Developing standard maintenance checklists and monitoring their implementation
- Supervision of troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Coordination with the operations team to plan technical interventions based on the production schedule
- Accurate recording of failures, calculation of MTBF (mean time between failures) and analysis of root causes to prevent recurrence
- Setting up and controlling the technical warehouse including spare parts, lubricants, tools and safety stocks
- Determining the minimum inventory for critical parts such as bearings, belts, gearboxes, motors and sensors
- Cooperation with the purchasing unit for timely supply and technical evaluation of suppliers
- Ensuring the calibration and readiness of workshop equipment such as cranes, welding machines and lifting tools
- Cooperation with equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering consultants and project team in the phases of commissioning or technical modifications
- Participating in fixing punch list items and final approval of mechanical/electrical systems
- Technical training of operators in the phase of delivering the project to operation
- Leading the multi-specialty maintenance team including mechanical, electrical, automation technicians and workshop supervisors
- Creating a functional culture based on safety, reliability and continuous improvement
- Coaching engineers and technicians to develop the matrix of technical competencies
- Update process drawings (P&ID), one-line diagrams, equipment manuals and maintenance records
- Preparation and presentation of key maintenance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis, including:
- Access rate and equipment reliability
- Frequency and duration of breakdowns
- Percentage of realization of preventive maintenance
- Consumption of spare parts and maintenance cost per ton of movement
- Reporting critical technical incidents, results of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to operations manager
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

Experience: At least 7 to 10 years of experience in bulk/grain terminals, port logistics or large industrial units
