• Coordinates internal resources and external/vendors for the execution of projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Monitoring compliance of SLA KPIs as agreed in the contract.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
• Create and maintain appropriate project documentation and regular report
Requirements
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Telecom / Managed Service, Management Consulting field or similar industry.
• Project management qualifications (PMP) or equivalent. Actively working toward PMP will be considered with sufficient demonstrated experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, MSWord and Power Point
• Must be able to provide support for off-hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability and desire to continually learn about new technologies, project management methodologies, and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs
• Ability to work comfortably tracking work and progress in JIRA
