Job Description
Main objective of the job is to run the Blending Plant with a high concern for HSE standards, and in an efficient and effective manner.
Main role include:
Delivering required output with right quality.
Optimizing resources to keep the product cost within/lower than the budget
To use the knowledge for: working capital management: Inventory stocks, formulation of plant budgets: apex/revex, Operations strategy formulation.
Managing the supervisory staff and ensure smooth running of the plant.
Control, discipline, motivate and train supervisors.
