Design, develop, and maintain organizational business processes.
Create and maintain organizational procedures and instructions.
Design, develop, and maintain Excel solutions for non-ERP processes, activities, and tasks.
Implement different management systems including business process management systems, document management systems, quality management systems, and knowledge management systems.
Implement enterprise project management office to monitor and control the progress of organizational projects.
Conduct data and process audits to identify opportunities for improvements.
Hold training sessions to effectively train personnel and communicate changes in processes.
Create managerial proposals for potential internal projects.
Create managerial reports using Excel (using BI tools is an advantage).
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
Knowledge of systems and data analysis.
Knowledge of creating SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
Proven experience working with MS Office, especially Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proven experience working with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Pivot Charts, Formulas, and Functions).
Proven experience in modeling organizational processes using BPMN and related tools.
Familiar with project management systems and related tools (MS Project).
Familiar with database concepts and working with relational databases (MS Access and SQL).
Familiar with data analysis and BI tools (Power BI).
