Planning Supervisor

Job Description

• Follow up on purchase orders according to the estimated time of arrival.
• Report current unit costs of raw materials considering PFI and raw material inventory.
• Report raw materials consumed, products produced, products sold, and inventory of raw materials and current products.
• Take weekly orders from the sales unit and report the production needs, considering the inventory amounts.
• Plan the annual raw materials requirement and create a weekly production plan using BOM.
• Prepare and develop strategies.
• Coordinate with the product development team and manage communication with different departments.
• Prepare and implement all required reports and system changes.
• Plan the activities of different departments.
• Analyze activities to ensure compliance with product quality and service regulations.
• Provide production planning methods.
