● Determining annual goals and strategic production plans based on the company's main policies.
● Reporting current production progress, including suggestions for resolving conflicting goals and schedules.
● Designing specific instructions for starting a new production plan such as parts supply, assembly schedule and business unit request.
● Coordination of production workflow for one or more products.
● Sending packaging materials and items to factories.
● Prepare and send status and performance reports and control Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
● Planning and controlling and preparing production reports.
● Preparation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) on a daily and weekly basis.
● Coordination of production workflow for multiple products.
● Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
● Management and analysis of problems that occur during production.
● Prepare reports on production processes for higher management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
● Familiarity with MRP and MPS.
● Familiarity with Excel.
● Familiarity with MSP.
● Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to do group work.
● Familiarity with inventory control, production planning, supply chain, system analysis, and management information systems.
● At least one year of work experience.
