● Coordinating the overall planning and scheduling activities on projects during all project phases.
● Monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reporting on the schedule status during all project phases.
● Preparing of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
● Preparing and overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
● Analyzing and reporting data to develop a complete and accurate picture and reports that will inform high level managers regarding the management, quality and control of projects.
● Collaborating and monitoring in allocating resources to different plans and projects.
● Participating in external interactive planning sessions and presenting required reports.
● Measuring the performance and progress of the contractors and consultants
● Designing, Managing and updating project management information systems and generating reports.
● Distribute and follow up ongoing tasks with technical teams.
● Performing other duties as requested.
Requirements
● BSc/ MSc in a related field (Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ MBA).
● At least 3 years of planning and project control experience.
● Excellent at planning, organizing and time management.
● Familiar with PMBOK and Scrum framework.
● PMBOK, PMP, SCRUM MASTER certificates are plus.
● Expert at working with Microsoft Office applications, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence.
● Familiar with strategic and operational planning processes.
● Proactive decision maker and problem solver.
● Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
● Outstanding communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
● Quality-focused with strong attention to details while being able to maintain a ‘big picture.
