Job Description

● This person must be able to manage projects related to the digital redesign of organizational processes in the scope of the customer relationship, human resources, and sales. ● Direct manager: Deputy CEO. ● Probation period: 1 Month. ● Work hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 17 and Thursday from 9 to 13. With the possibility of overtime. ● Reward and benefits: 6-month bonus for achieving goals.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or MBA. ● Having a relevant work experience is an advantage. ● Familiar and interested in business technologies, general familiarity with management information systems, familiar with business process management, familiar with project management, familiar with data analysis tools. ● Ability to do teamwork, communication skills, planning, tolerance of ambiguity.
