They are currently looking for a Senior PHP Application Developers to continue the evolution of the core Social Networking application, mobile applications as well as developing backend web application. You’ll be an experienced PHP application developer with a real passion for building business critical systems using the latest development technologies. You’ll be genuinely excited by technology, keep yourself abreast of the latest thinking in the software development world and most probably code your own projects in your spare time.
Requirements
You must be able to demonstrate technical skills and knowledge within: • PHP 5.5 • MVC Frameworks (preferably Zend Framework 2) • ORM Frameworks (preferably Doctrine 2) • Extensive knowledge in OOP and OOD • HTML5 • CSS • Javascript • Version control (preferably Subversion) • 2+ years’ software development experience Nice to Have skills: • MySQL • Experience with a modern JavaScript library (e.g. jQuery, MooTools, AngularJS, etc.) • 5+ years’ software development experience • Issue tracker (preferably Jira) You will be required to work closely with the testing/QA team so it is imperative that you can demonstrate unit testing and preferably within a test driven development.
