Job Description

The sales manager at Petro Jam Kimia (Sabah Industries Group) serves in a key role in the senior management team. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for products (petrochemical raw materials). His/her main goal is to increase market share and improve the company's revenue in domestic and global markets.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for petrochemical products.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the sales team and guide them towards achieving sales goals.
  • Establish ongoing communication with customers to maintain and improve business relationships.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and ensure profitable transactions.
  • Establish business partnerships with domestic and foreign stakeholders.
  • Monitor the petrochemical industry laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the petrochemical industry laws and regulations, and international trade.
  • Ability to analyze financial and profitability assessments.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate effective strategies.
  • Familiarity with the technical knowledge of petrochemicals.
