Job Description
The sales manager at Petro Jam Kimia (Sabah Industries Group) serves in a key role in the senior management team. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for products (petrochemical raw materials). His/her main goal is to increase market share and improve the company's revenue in domestic and global markets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for petrochemical products.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the sales team and guide them towards achieving sales goals.
- Establish ongoing communication with customers to maintain and improve business relationships.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and ensure profitable transactions.
- Establish business partnerships with domestic and foreign stakeholders.
- Monitor the petrochemical industry laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the petrochemical industry laws and regulations, and international trade.
- Ability to analyze financial and profitability assessments.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate effective strategies.
- Familiarity with the technical knowledge of petrochemicals.
