● Manage and maintain executives' schedules and calendars, including time, tasks, and scheduling of all appointments and meetings.
● Provide administrative support by handling requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
● Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation of BOD.
● Follow through with allocated tasks and ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
● Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
Requirements
● Good command of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or secretarial experience at CEO, vice president, director, and/or senior leadership level, or previous project management experience.
● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines Initiative in undertaking routine assignments or projects without direct supervision.
● A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude.
● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
