Job Description

● Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties. ● Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO. ● Organizing events and conferences. ● Maintaining the director’s office systems, including data management and filing. ● Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. ● Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. ● Coordinating events and speaking engagements. ● Managing databases and filing systems. ● Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. ● Communicating clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, IT or related fields. ● Highly organized with excellent time management skills. ● More Than 3 years of experience as a personal assistant. ● Professional English skills. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. ● Flexibility and adaptability. ● Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
