About the Job:

The performance leader & planning is responsible for the coordination of production plan with planning team and material request for consumption in production. He/she defines yearly measures with target to continuous improvement in operation, also defines improvement project to enhance 5S in factory level, assesses performance review with engagement of employees of different levels, caries out production line capacity assessment and reviews nominal speed based on business requirement

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance analyses in cases where targets are not achieved, including identifying team challenges and discussing them during daily production meetings.
Monitor production line downtime and waste, ensure accurate recording of data, and analyze the root causes and trends.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
Align and coordinate KPIs and performance targets with the organization’s strategic objectives and operational goals.
Identify cost-saving projects and improvement opportunities across different areas of the plant to support cost control, and follow up on their progress during monthly plant meetings.
Increase employees’ awareness and provide training to foster a culture of continuous improvement, using structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Evaluate and implement 5S practices across the plant and ensure the implementation and follow-up of relevant corrective actions.
Identify, document, and share best practices across the plant to promote organizational learning and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for plant activities, including training programs, maintenance activities, trial production runs, and other operational activities.
Prepare and regularly update process flow charts and performance dashboards for weekly and monthly meetings, analyze the results, and define and follow up on the required corrective actions.
Follow up on all matters related to PRPs (Prerequisite Programs), 5S, and GMP requirements and ensure effective implementation.
Develop plant operational action plans to support the achievement of the organization’s strategic vision and objectives.
Demonstrate full proficiency in calculating and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), develop improvement plans for underperforming indicators, continuously monitor performance, and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of implemented corrective actions.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in FMCG companies

Experience and Knowledge:

Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering/ Management
