Performance Excellence Specialist

Job Description

We at Alopeyk are looking for a Performance Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Excellence Specialist, you’ll be the analytical pulse of our operations, translating raw data and performance trends into insights that drive service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability. You’ll partner with multiple teams — operations, finance, vendor management, product — to identify improvement areas, track KPIs, and ensure the company is moving toward excellence one delivery at a time.

*Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards across departments (delivery operations, customer experience, etc.).
• Track and analyze company-wide KPIs such as delivery time, cost per order, on-time rate, and productivity.
• Collaborate with city managers and team leads to implement corrective action plans and monitor impact.
• Support strategic planning by identifying growth, cost, and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead regular performance reviews and deliver insight reports for management.
• Coordinate with data and finance teams to align operational KPIs with P&L outcomes.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives (pricing models, incentive schemes, route optimizations) by measuring performance before and after implementation.

*Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or strategy in logistics, tech, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you enjoy turning messy data into meaningful stories.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with data management and reporting platforms (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
• Solid communication skills — you can simplify complex metrics for operational teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement and curiosity to understand how every delivery impacts the bigger picture.
