● Lead a team of people and continuously worked to improve their analytical skills and technical skills.
● Propose and implement strategies to build innovative platforms and improve internal customer engagement with the operations excellence team.
● Hold ad-hoc daily meetings with sales and marketing middle managers and BU heads to consult with them and understand their needs.
● Organize annual sales summit and develop valuable content to help improve existing workflows and identify gaps.
● Advocate for business intelligence solutions that will help the organization meet its goals.
● Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or other related fields.
● At least 5 years of people management experience.
● Eagerness and passion to promote a systematic mindset when working with data.
● Expertise in preparing reports.
● Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, or other visualization tools.
● Know SQL, Power BI, and querying for ad-hoc reports.
● Expertise with making real-time dashboards.
● Project management-related certificate is a plus.
● Communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
● Fluent in written English.
