● Lead a team of people and continuously worked to improve their analytical skills and technical skills. ● Propose and implement strategies to build innovative platforms and improve internal customer engagement with the operations excellence team. ● Hold ad-hoc daily meetings with sales and marketing middle managers and BU heads to consult with them and understand their needs. ● Organize annual sales summit and develop valuable content to help improve existing workflows and identify gaps. ● Advocate for business intelligence solutions that will help the organization meet its goals. ● Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
