In the technology department we believe that one size fits all is not an appropriate way for our people-oriented attitude, so the role of the people partner has been generated, which strives to customize the people practices which are developed by the organizational development team for different segments. As a people partner, you are the employee champion and change agent. Responsibilities: ● Consult with team leaders and provide daily HR guidance. ● Analyze trends and metrics with the OD team. ● Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. ● Work closely with team leaders and team players to improve psychological safety, build trust and increase engagement. ● Monitor and report on ongoing feedback, career development, and succession planning. ● Identify training needs for teams and individuals. You should make sure that the changes are applied without disturbing the organization’s harmony and stay vigilant during the whole transition phase the organization goes through. Therefore, you have to be the agent of change while also effective implementation. The people partner role also requires significant stakeholder management skills and ensures their HR business strategies are effective.
