Job Description

● Perform parts ordering procedure. ● Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow. ● Issuance and preparation of all documents related to proforma and shipment. ● Track and trace orders and providing related reports. ● Liaise between related departments (import, commercial and finance). ● Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system. ● Ability to estimate and calculation of landed cost. ● Control receipting and shipping procedure in warehouse. ● Track and trace deadlines for delivering the goods to customers. ● Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers. ● Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests. ● Ensuring compliance with all legal rules and regulations and company policies. ● Create timely and accurate reports. Objectives: ● Meet all deadlines regarding order and delivering process. ● Enhance all internal procedures between departments. ● Improve customer satisfaction in terms of delivery time.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Commercial from reputable universities. ● 2-5 years’ experience in related fields, having experience in the machinery industry is an advantage. ● Excellent numeracy and analytical and mathematical skills. ● Advanced Excel skills. ● Good communication skills . ● Highly motivated. ● Fluent in English. ● Process-oriented character. ● Accuracy and attention to details.
