● Perform parts ordering procedure.
● Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow.
● Issuance and preparation of all documents related to proforma and shipment.
● Track and trace orders and providing related reports.
● Liaise between related departments (import, commercial and finance).
● Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system.
● Ability to estimate and calculation of landed cost.
● Control receipting and shipping procedure in warehouse.
● Track and trace deadlines for delivering the goods to customers.
● Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
● Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests.
● Ensuring compliance with all legal rules and regulations and company policies.
● Create timely and accurate reports.
