Job Description
● Support partners and senior associates on a variety of tasks including document preparation, due diligence, factual and legal research as well as handling and drafting documents for a range of deals and transactions, etc. ● Attend negotiation meetings and conclude contracts and provide related consultations. ● Prepare petitions and present complaints to the attorney from the collection. ● Attend the authorities and judicial courts in the appropriate cases to represent the group.
