Job Description

-Monitoring import/export shipments -Handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments, NVOCC -Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters -Updating sales experts and clients about latest shipment status -Handling customer inquiries and quotations (Correspondence with Agents) -Preparing necessary or requested reports for management

Requirements

-At least 5 years experienced as operations manager -Active and result-oriented -Computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills -Experience in freight forwarding is a big plus -Cooperative & creative personality -Talented -Fluent in written and spoken English
