● Forwarding Operations (Sea, Overland, Air, Transit).
● Checking shipping documents.
● Following up on agents, vendors, or customers.
● Tracking shipments.
● Monitoring shipments with other branches.
● Performing customer service.
Requirements
● Minimum two years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping.
● English language fluency (writing and speaking).
● Familiar with Microsoft Office.
● Self motivation and teamwork.
