Job Description
- Operation supervisor needed by us is someone who is able to care for all inquiries either from inside company sales people or from outside partners or clients from contacting the needed source for pricing, - Correspondence of receiving confirmation, - Document accurate checking , - Doing the needed administrative items in operation System, - Being in contact with foreigner partners to arrange for pick up, - Carriage, receiving state, document readiness, arranging clearance & door deliveries with brokers & agents,.... - Controlling & reporting all accounting issues of a shipment
Requirements
- Very professional in International Ocean, Air & road traffic & Operation Handling A-Z - Completely fluent in English, both spoken & written - Enough knowledge for commercial correspondence - Being able to care for inquiries of sales team from booking state to delivery of Goods or documents - Associating in group work & helping sales team - Being active & cautious regarding incoming mails of incoming cargo as receiver agent - being able to be in direct contact with MD & the Foreigner CEO - Having at least years of experience in the related fields - To be in direct contact with client & to persuade their consent -passing required reports while asked to management -close cooperation with accounting department regarding credit & debit notes
