Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on all stages of cargo transportation, including operational coordination with agents and customers, monitoring bills of lading and shipping documents, receiving, reviewing, and recording related costs, and preparing and sending shipping notices, freight quotations, and delivery order charges.
• Provide timely updates to management, the finance department, customers, and sales specialists regarding the latest shipment status and all related transportation matters.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare required and ad hoc reports for management.

Requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of international freight transportation processes (sea, road, air, and transit), Incoterms, shipping documents, procedures, tariffs, regulations, and related software.
• Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication with agents, customers, and collaboration with relevant sales specialists.
• Strong professional expertise in international sea freight, air freight, road transportation, and logistics operations.
• Patient, punctual, focused, and self-confident.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of business correspondence and commercial communication.
• Ability to support and answer the sales team’s inquiries from the booking stage through cargo or document delivery.
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
