
Job Description
● Responsible for keeping informed of new technologies, trends, and digital marketing tools and bringing these ideas into consideration when building new campaigns. ● Devise strategies to drive online traffic and conversion on the company website. ● Drive brand engagement and brand sales performance through joint business planning and regular business reviews. ● Devise content for social media, digital advertising, SMS, and email campaigns. ● Manage category P&L and team. ● Identify, develop and evaluate digital marketing strategy. ● Plan and execute all social media, webs, SEO/SEM, and display advertising. campaigns design-build and maintain our social media presence. ● Generate monthly reports on our digital marketing campaigns' performance. ● Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability. ● Implement and execute all processes developed for online sales. ● Realization of sales figures. ● Manage the operation of the online store website. ● Manage and monitor customer feedback and voice. ● Control and supervision of sales experts, order control center, and logistics. ● Control the order registration process and receive it in the order control center. ● Control of logistics processes and transportation of goods between supplier and buyer.
Requirements
● Adequate familiarity with the academic topics of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. ● Sufficient ability to work with MS Office suite. ● Familiarity with a range of software related to sales and marketing. ● Adequate ability to manage time. ● Full mastery of modern marketing methods such as digital marketing (telegram marketing, email marketing, mobile marketing, SMS marketing). ● Fluent in internet marketing, website updates, and SEO education and courses in related fields such as online marketing, e-commerce and startups is an advantage. ● At least 5 years in online sales.
