Job Description
Objective: Responsible for online ticket sales (domestic and international)
Main responsibilities : - Observing the online requests of the customers
- Answering the probable questions of customers
- Issuing, voiding or re-issuing the tickets if required
Reporting to : Online Ticketing Manager
