We are now seeking a capable and experienced Oncology Line Manager to lead a high-performing team consisting of District Sales Managers (DSMs), Product Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs). In this key leadership role, you will play a vital part in achieving SanaPharmed’s strategic objectives within the Oncology therapeutic area by directing all sales and marketing activities, driving sustainable growth, and contributing to our mission of enhancing patient health and access to quality medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute effectively to defining overall sales and marketing goals and strategies within the Oncology line
• Set sales targets for the team in alignment with company-wide strategic objectives
• Lead and evaluate the performance of District Sales Managers and Product Managers toward achieving defined goals
• Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and therapeutic trends to enable timely and data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific associations, and major healthcare institutions
• Collaborate with international business partners to align objectives and promotional activities
• Ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, and market access in coordination with support functions
• Oversee the implementation of scientific and marketing initiatives including congresses, campaigns, and specialized events
• Develop, mentor, and empower team members to foster succession planning and elevate performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing (preferably in Oncology)
• Strong understanding of the Oncology market and therapeutic landscape
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent skills in market analysis, strategic decision-making, and budget management
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with physicians, healthcare institutions, and business partners
• Team-oriented mindset with analytical and results-driven thinking
